Pico de Gallo

Ingredients

4 medium tomatoes, diced
1 medium onion, diced
3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely minced
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
juice from 2 limes
salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

In a medium bowl mix diced tomatoes, onion, jalapeno peppers and chopped cilantro.

Stir in lime juice and season with salt and black pepper to taste. Enjoy right away or cover and refrigerate overnight.
